For successful cultivation with maximum yields, adequate and correct plant lighting is of great importance.

Depending on the cultivation conditions, it may be necessary or helpful to supplement the natural sunlight in the greenhouse or existing toplighting setups with additional lighting.

A wide range of options is available here with the right products:

Supplementary lighting in the greenhouse

When growing with natural sunlight in the greenhouse, higher light intensities for better plant growth can be achieved by supplementary lighting.

The optimal solution for this are Sylvania Gro-Lux LED Linear fixtures with vegetative spectrum.

Interlighting solutions

Especially with high-wire crops such as tomatoes or cucumbers, the light from the sun or toplights may not be able to penetrate effectively to the lower parts of the plant due to shadowing.

The Sylvania Gro-Lux LED Interlights can be operated directly in the plants and with their vegetative spectrum stimulate stem growth as well as sufficient exposure of the lower leaves and fruits of the plants.

Increase of specific parts of the light spectrum

For smaller applications with lighting solutions without Far-Red, or to specifically increase the Far-Red share, we recommend the Sylvania Gro-Lux E27 Far-Red LEDs with 58% Far-Red.
